Cancellation/No Show Policy

At Allumine Skin Clinic, our goal is to provide exceptional care in a timely manner. We reserve our time specifically for you. When an appointment is canceled without sufficient notice, it prevents other patients from receiving treatment.

1. 48-Hour Notice Requirement

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.

  • How to Cancel: Call us directly at (925) 399-7924 or reply "NO" to your automated text reminder.
  • Excluded Methods: Social Media DMs (Instagram/Facebook) and Email are not accepted as valid notice, as these channels are not monitored 24/7 for scheduling.

2. Fees & Pre-Paid Packages

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments ("No-Shows"), will incur a $100.00 fee charged to the credit card on file.

  • Pre-Paid Packages: The $100 fee applies to package holders as well. Additionally, Allumine Skin Clinic reserves the right to require a non-refundable deposit before scheduling any subsequent appointments under that package.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your full treatment. At the provider's discretion, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to keep our schedule on track, and the $100.00 fee will apply.

4. Frequent Cancellations & Non-Refundable Deposits

Frequent rescheduling, cancellations, or missed appointments may result in dismissal from our practice.

  • Deposit Requirement: After two (2) consecutive late cancellations or no-shows, a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book any future appointments.
  • Waiver of 48-Hour Window: Once a non-refundable deposit is paid, the standard 48-hour cancellation window no longer applies; the appointment time is locked upon booking.
  • Forfeiture: Any changes made to the appointment (including rescheduling or canceling) at any time after paying the deposit will result in immediate forfeiture of the $100 deposit.
  • Re-Booking: If you wish to schedule again after forfeiting a deposit, Allumine Skin Clinic may require an additional non-refundable deposit to secure a new time slot.

5. Card on File

By booking an appointment with Allumine Skin Clinic, you consent to our secure storage of your credit card details and authorize us to charge the $100.00 fee for late cancellations or no-shows as outlined above. All fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future services.
