Refund Policy

Allumine Skin Clinic is committed to providing high-quality aesthetic care. To maintain our standard of service, we adhere to the following policy:

1. All Sales are Final: Payments are made for the performance of the treatment, the expertise of the provider, and the medical supplies used, not for a guaranteed outcome. Consequently, all treatments and services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

-Injectables: Botox, Dysport, Dermal Fillers, Kybella, PRF/PRF Gel, Sculptra.

-Skin Rejuvenation: SkinPen Microneedling, VI Peel, Potenza, BioRePeel, CO2 Laser Resurfacing.

-Retail Products: Skincare products are final sale once they leave the clinic to ensure product integrity and safety.

2. No Guarantee of Results: Because every individual’s biology, lifestyle, and anatomy are unique, clinical results vary from person to person. While we strive for the best possible outcome, Allumine Skin Clinic does not and cannot guarantee specific results. Additional treatments may be required to achieve desired goals, and these will be at the patient's expense.

3. Pre-paid Packages & Credits: Pre-paid treatment packages are non-refundable. In the event of a documented medical contraindication (provided by a physician) that prevents a patient from completing a package, the remaining balance may be issued as a Clinic Credit for use toward other services or products at the clinic’s discretion.
